Every Sippi piece is made by hand by skilled artisans and built to last. We stand behind the quality of our work.

12-month warranty

For 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any piece that exhibits a manufacturing defect at no charge. Manufacturing defects include issues such as faulty clasps, loose settings, or structural failures that occur under normal wear.

Our warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect storage, accidental damage, scratches, or damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force.

After 12 months

After the initial warranty period we will continue to offer repairs where possible for a nominal fee plus return postage. We will always provide a quote before carrying out any work so there are no surprises.

How to make a claim

To make a warranty claim or enquire about a repair, please contact us at sippijewellery@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photograph of the piece. We will respond within 3 working days to advise on next steps.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims within the 12-month period.
